Facilities that Sussex Beach has to offer are available to tenants for the duration of their holiday and include: Shop, Launderette, Public Telephones and a Pub with pool tables and occasional weekend entertainment.

For further entertainment on site there is an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, children's play area, short mat bowls, crazy golf, amusement arcade, duck pond and a stream.

The Beach is less than 5 minutes along a footpath with no roads or developments to cross. It is one of the best sandy beaches in Sussex with scenic views to the Isle of Wight. It is possible to walk East along the beach to Selsey or West to Bracklesham Bay both of which are lovely seaside towns offering a range of touristy shops and restaurants.

There is much to be seen within a few miles of the chalet. Chichester Harbour is an area of outstanding natural beauty boasting flora, fauna, animals and birds. There are many excellent walks nearby and many sites of historical interest such as the Fishbourne Roman Palace, Portsmouth Dockyard and the ancient town of Arundel. The City of Chichester has entertainment for young and old and a very comprehensive shopping area. Its Festival Theatre has a reputation known throughout the world. There are also the famous Goodwood Racecourse and golf courses just outside Chichester. A selection of pamphlets are available in the chalet.

35C is one of the older wooden chalets on this park, which has been reflected in its price. The chalet is privately owned and the lettings are planned around the owners' own occupation.

It is however double glazed, immaculately clean and equipped to a very high standard. It is all electric with a £1 coin meter. The equipment provided includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, washer/dryer, video, 2 televisions and a radio cassette. The bathroom has an in-bath shower.

 

The chalet is cleaned to a very high standard between lets. We also provide a welcome pack of basic store cupboard essentials, which includes milk, cereal, biscuits, fruit, bread, margarine, tea, coffee & sugar. And a bottle of good wine is placed in the fridge, to chill, to accompany a special evening meal.

Another welcome extra we provide is that we make all the beds (not the bed settee) enabling you to start your holiday as soon as you have unpacked. Our standards are extremely high and bed linen is clean with mattress covers in place. You really only have to bring your clothes and towels.
