Your holiday home from home

Buying a holiday home at Bywaves provides you with a 50-year lease and a license that offers access every day of the year.

Although permanent residency is not permitted, full occupancy can be enjoyed from 1st March to 31st October and throughout the festive season from 21st December to 4th January.

Overnight stays are also allowed on Fridays and Saturdays between 1st November and the end of February.

How to get there:

From Chichester take A286 towards Bracklesham and The Witterings. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto the B2198. Continue all the way to the sea turning left into East Bracklesham Drive where Bywaves can be found at the end of the Drive.
